About Middleburg Mortgage

 Middleburg Mortgage opened in early 1998 in an effort to improve the business lines offered by Middleburg Bank while providing quality products and competitive interest rates to public. I helped start the division when I joined the firm in July of 1998. Our division has originated over $1billion in real estate loans in each of the past four years. We have been honored as being named the best mortgage company in Loudoun County in 2007 and 2006 in the annual Leesburg Today "Best of" poll. We have been included in the top 20 mortgage companies in the DC metropolitan area two straight years by the Washington Business Journal. I have assisted over 1500 families in helping meet their home mortgage needs. I watch the market very closely to provide clients with honest and accurate information so that they are well informed on their mortgage options. I act as a Trusted Advisor to my clients and attend most of my settlements to insure that my clients are satisfied with our service and have no questions regarding their loan. We underwrite and process our loans "in house" ensuring that you will not be treated like just another number. I have many relationships with quality folks in the area such as appraisers, settlement companies, real estate agents, cpa's etc. to insure all of your needs are met.
